Will I need a gym membership?

Nope! All the workouts we program can be done from the comfort of your own home with a set of dumbbells. There are a variety of workouts which can include cables and machines if you'd prefer a gym setting, but it is definitely not required! 

I've never counted calories or tracked macros, can you teach me?

Of course! We will provide everything you need to know about your calorie intake. Knowing your macros is a crucial part of the weight loss process. Paired with strength training, proper nutrition will help you reach your goals that much faster. 

How much cardio do I need?

This will vary from client to client. It also depends on your lifestyle. The training is very low impact, so our go-to cardio is  walking and we will set a step count for you to reach throughout your day, everyday.
